🔹 Role Responsibilities (50% Sales + 50% Operations)
Sales Responsibilities:
Customer acquisition and relationship management
Promotion of gold loan products
Achieving monthly sales targets
Cross-selling financial products
Operational Responsibilities:
Accurate gold purity testing and valuation
Loan processing and documentation
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Maintaining branch operational efficiency
