Key Responsibilities:
Collect orders from existing clients and follow up for appointments & RFQs with new client onboarding.
Provide direct support to the Manager through follow-ups, coordination, and task management
Regular follow-up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely updates
Draft and send reminder mails while maintaining proper communication flow
Assist the Sales Team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and reporting
Maintain records of client communication, outstanding status, and progress updates
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
Assist in increasing company sales and handle sales calls from the office.
