Key Responsibilities•:
. Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Presentation of new products to Brands.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Set sales object for the team and monitor performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop action plans.
2. Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Develop relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations and close orders.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Provide market insights to the R&D team for product improvement.
Tasks:
1. BD/Sales – Managing orders from Brands
2. To manage all the couriers.
3. To look after sampling and dispatches.
4. Managing marketing/sales data, data entry
5. End of end follow ups internally from order executions to dispatches
6. Inter department coordination on daily basis.
7. Need aggressive, outspoken, talkative, multi tasker and smart candidate.
8. To handle sales and marketing.
9. To interact with clients on daily basis and explain thema
10. To execute the orders - P.O/PI/artworks/production - cordinations
11. To have an inter department coordination's in the office and factory.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the cosmetic or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
- Ability to motivate and drive a sales team to success.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
