Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage IT contract renewal cycles (software licenses, cloud subscriptions, hardware warranties, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and internal sales teams to get accurate renewal quotes.
Prepare and deliver renewal proposals to clients in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer records and renewal data from SAP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Follow up with customers on pending renewals, clarifications, and documentation.
OEM / Distributor management
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process and alert the sales/account team.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper order processing and invoicing.
Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding renewal status, pricing, or product details.
Generate reports on renewal status, revenue forecast, and pipeline health for internal review.
Assist in maintaining compliance with licensing terms and vendor guidelines.
Payment follow-up if customer is not doing payment on time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, renewals, or inside sales (preferably in IT or SaaS industry).
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong Excel and data management skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
