We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Demo Specialist to join our growing team focused on delivering cutting-edge spine software solutions for healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for demonstrating our software's capabilities to prospective clients (e.g., spine surgeons, clinics, hospitals), articulating the value proposition, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Your understanding of clinical workflows and medical software will be critical to success in this role.
Conduct engaging and customized software demonstrations for prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and tailor demos to specific pain points in spine care workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to stay updated on new features and clinical applications.
Act as a subject matter expert in explaining technical and clinical aspects of the software.
Gather feedback from demos and relay it to the Product and Sales teams for continuous improvement.
Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical questions during the sales cycle.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
