Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will manage the entire B2B order cycle—from lead handling, requirement capturing, quotation creation, and coordination with design/production teams, to ensuring timely delivery. The role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to handle multiple orders with accuracy. This position is the backbone of B2B sales operations and ensures a smooth experience for corporates, resellers, institutes, and customization clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead & Data Management
Source and update accurate B2B leads.
Maintain Zoho CRM stages, follow-up tasks, and notes.
Track pipeline movements daily.
2. Client Requirement Understanding
Gather details on fabric, GSM, colors, printing, branding, timeline, and quantity.
Prepare internal briefs for design and production.
3. Quotation & Documentation
Create quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up sheets.
Coordinate on samples, mockups, and approvals.
4. Order Coordination
Manage order flow between procurement, printing unit, warehouse, and logistics.
Ensure timely production, quality checks, and dispatch.
5. Client Communication
Draft professional emails and updates.
Maintain relationships and handle client queries.
Escalate issues early and ensure quick resolutions.
6. Post-Sales & Reporting
Collect feedback and maintain repeat-order records.
Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, orders, and deliveries.
