Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Product Coordination & Procurement. The ideal candidate should be a commerce graduate (MBA preferred) with good communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires interaction with suppliers, clients, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth operations in pricing, product coordination, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Work extensively on Excel and PowerPoint for project documentation, pricing, and reports.
Obtain competitive rates and quotations from suppliers for various products.
Handle project specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) related to the interior and bathroom industry.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and technical understanding of bathroom and related interior products.
Coordinate with clients to resolve both commercial and technical queries efficiently.
Support sales executives by providing accurate product information, specifications, and pricing details.
Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate; MBA preferred.
Experience: Preferably with exposure to interior or bathroom product segments.
Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle technical and commercial discussions.
Basic understanding of BOQ and project-based procurement.
