Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager with at least 1 year of experience in banking and home loan services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering the right home loan solutions — all through in-office communication channels (calls, emails, chats).
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers seeking home loan products.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable home loan options.
Assist customers through the home loan application process.
Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, etc.) for seamless processing.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
Achieve individual targets and contribute to the team’s performance goals.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or home loan-related role.
Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and provide consultative solutions.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
No field work – this is a fully in-office/client support role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a customer support or telesales role within banking is a plus.
