Job Summary
The Guest Relations Executive ensures every guest has a positive experience by providing personalized service, handling queries and complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Salary Range (India)
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on location, experience, and organization type.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain guest records and preferences for future reference.
Assist in organizing special events or arrangements (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP visits, etc.).
Follow up with guests post-service to ensure feedback and resolve concerns.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, polite, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language(s) is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software).
Work Environment
Typically works in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or real estate front offices.
Requires flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
