Role Overview
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to engage and support SME clients on Bullit.in. The role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, product knowledge, and empathy to resolve client queries while following SOPs for consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via calls, chats, and emails in Hindi and English.
Explain Bullit.in’s services, features, and government schemes to users.
Assist clients with eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
Resolve client complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure query resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes and processes.
Build and contribute to FAQs, support documents, and knowledge resources.
Conduct webinars/knowledge-sharing sessions for existing and new clients.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing/customer support role.
Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide accurate solutions.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Fast learner with the ability to grasp Bullit.in’s platform and services.
Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Familiarity with digital platforms and online services.
