Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels and follow up with potential clients.
Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective buyers.
Present and promote real estate projects to clients through presentations and site visits.
Clearly explain property features, amenities, pricing structures, and payment plans.
Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market and project offerings.
Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Experience Required:1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales roles.
Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market will be an advantage.
