Responsibilities:

o Attend to walk-ins and leads at the site

o Calling on the leads and cp data

o Brief about the project, Show the walkthrough, model explanation

o Filtering first visit clients from Pre sales and calling and ensuring maximum 1 st visit

from the leads

o Build rapport, follow up, convert cold leads to hot

o Assisting the deal till there and handover to Closing manager

 Experience: Minimum 1 years in real estate sales

 Skills: Excellent communication, convincing skills, team player

 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 + incentives on bookings

Looking for Assistant manager Sales (Female) – 2 Positions

Location : Bhiwandi (Chavindra road)

Responsibilities:

 Attending customers on site

 Keeping the follow up of the visited client

 Jointly converting first visit into revisit along with closing manager

 Pleasant project with experience in real estate market

 Ability to tackle customer questions

 Experience: Minimum 2 years

 Skills: Excellent communication, convincing skills, team player

 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000

Looking for Channel Sales sourcing Male - 2 Positions

Location : Bhiwandi (Chavindra road)

Responsibilities:

 Bike compulsory for cp sourcing into their office

 Keeping the follow up of visited cp

 Going to cp/ agent offices and meeting / explaining projects

 Generating maximum footfall of cps/ cp client visit on site daily

 Giving bookings via Channel sales Sourcing

 Experience: Minimum 1 years
