🔍 About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Promoters to join our team in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand promotion, engaging with potential customers, supporting BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities, and encouraging app downloads.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the brand at various locations/events/markets through face-to-face interaction

• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers

• Handle queries and ensure excellent customer service

• Drive app downloads and registrations through direct engagement

• Support BTL marketing activities (stall setups, leaflet distribution, roadshows, etc.)

• Collect feedback and share customer insights with the team

• Maintain daily activity and performance reports

🧩 Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English/local language

• Friendly, approachable, and persuasive personality

• Willingness to travel within city for fieldwork

• Basic smartphone handling knowledge

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in promotions/B2C/customer handling is a plus

🎯 Preferred Background:

• Experience in retail promotions, app marketing, or FMCG is a bonus

• Experience in handling BTL campaigns or customer engagement drives
