We are looking for a Presales Executive with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and experienced in handling inbound and outbound property inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful transactions.
Handle incoming property inquiries and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and understand their property requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and client meetings.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems with accuracy.
Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and offers to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize lead conversion ratios.
Provide pre-sales support to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to sales.
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in real estate presales or inside sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Good knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market and current projects.
Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and maintain professionalism.
Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and communication platforms.
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Marketing, or Real Estate).
