An Order Management Executive is responsible for handling customer orders from receipt to delivery. The role involves coordinating between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Process customer orders accurately in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Track order status and update customers on shipment details.
Resolve order-related issues, such as delays, stock unavailability, or incorrect invoices.
Maintain records of orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Ensure pricing, discounts, and taxes are correctly applied.
Work with finance for payment follow-ups and credit control.
Generate daily/weekly order and sales reports.
Support internal audits and compliance checks related to order processing.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or Supply Chain).
1–3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or customer service.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and shipping processes.
