Voice Process – Customer Service
Client: Aditya Birla Capital – Mutual Fund
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• Handle customer queries and complaints over phone calls
• Ensure prompt resolution while maintaining quality standards
• Experience:
Freshers can apply
Minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based customer service preferred
• Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
• Documents: All educational and work experience documents are mandatory for background verification
• Male: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)
• Female: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)
📅 Working Days: 5 days a week
📆 Week Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs (1 fixed week off during training)
• NAPS/NATS Candidates: ₹18,100 (In-hand)
• 0 – 11 Months Experience:
CTC: ₹2,42,000 | In-hand: ₹17,900
• 12+ Months Experience:
CTC: ₹2,66,000 | In-hand: ₹19,700
