Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Lead Generation Executive (Voice) for a dynamic and target-driven team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and have at least 6 months of prior experience in handling customers over calls.

This role involves daily outbound calling to potential clients for lead generation, maintaining databases, and ensuring regular follow-ups via email or phone. The candidate will also be responsible for scheduling meetings or demos, sharing company offerings, and maintaining a professional rapport with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound voice calls to prospective clients for lead generation.

• Clearly communicate product/service offerings and generate interest.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads.

• Share follow-up emails and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

• Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.

• Ensure timely responses and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months in customer handling, telecalling, or outbound calling (voice process)
