Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the KYC team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

• Compile and maintain updated records of direct sellers for KYC processing.

• Ensure timely and accurate verification, resolving KYC-related inquiries and escalations.

• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance and productivity.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and recognizing achievements.

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for KYC processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Investigate compliance-related issues and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Act as a point of contact for complex KYC matters and stakeholder communication.

• Prepare and generate accurate KYC reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in KYC, compliance, or financial operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/CRM software.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
