Job Summary:

We are looking for a Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow relationships with key online and offline retail partners, including Pepperfry, Home Canvas, Wooden Street, Sunshine Boulevard, and Curious Hues. This role involves driving sales, coordinating production and deliveries, maintaining pricing lists, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Growth: Manage and drive sales for assigned key accounts, ensuring revenue targets are met.

• Production & Delivery Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time production and dispatch of orders.

• Client Interaction (SPOC): Act as the primary point of contact for account partners, addressing queries and concerns.

• Financial Management: Track and manage payables, receivables, and payment follow-ups to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Pricing & Rack Rate Management: Maintain and update client-wise pricing lists and negotiate pricing structures.

• Sales Target Achievement: Work proactively to achieve and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in sales, key account management, or operations (preferably in home décor, furniture, or lighting industry).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,359.55 - ₹30,199.27 per month
