Freshers : 15000 NR
Experienced: 35000 NR

Role Summary:
We are hiring Junior Solar Sales Consultants for a B2C appointment generation
role in the Australian Solar domain. This is a full-time, voice-based sales position
focused on outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting for
Australian residential and business clients.
Candidates with prior experience in Australian B2C/B2B calling are highly
preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged
to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound B2C calls to generate qualified leads and appointments.
● Engage with Australian residential and business clients to explain solar
rebates and incentives offered by the Australian government.
● Maintain accurate call records and track leads systematically.
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals
and strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
● Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills up to 1 year in
B2C/B2B voice processes (Australian market experience preferred).
● Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
● Proven ability in lead generation and appointment setting.
● Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment aligned with
Australian time zones.
● Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the solar sales
domain.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Salary: Fixed ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
● Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive structure
● Transport: One-way cab facility (within the hiring zone)
