Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive with experience in international voice process within the healthcare domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international clients/patients, resolving queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries regarding medical billing, insurance claims, appointments, prescriptions, and account status.
Provide accurate information related to healthcare products, services, and insurance processes.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently with a focus on first call resolution
Document all interactions in the CRM/ticketing system accurately.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and follow up on critical issues.
Meet defined KPIs including call quality, AHT, CSAT, and issue resolution rates.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Excellent verbal English communication skills.
Minimum Qualification needed HSC passed.
Min. experience of 6 months in international BPO Customer service.
Candidates must be comfortable to work in night shifts
Willingness to work for customer service campaigns.
Age Criteria – 18 to 38.
Salary + 3k Travelling allowance.
