Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / TeleCaller field. Must have excellent communication . Basic technical skills or knowledge in cyber security & anti virus .The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Hindi, Tamil. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires Graduate and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
