We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process across the Retail Customer Service and Insurance sectors. The role involves handling voice-based interactions with international customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries while maintaining high service standards.
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK and US customers.
Resolve customer queries related to retail services, orders, accounts, or insurance policies.
Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
Excellent English verbal communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in UK 24/7 rotational shifts or US night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
Prior BPO/voice process experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Weekends off (fixed).
