Manage incoming and outgoing international customer calls.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints professionally.
Maintain call logs and ensure timely follow-ups.
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Good English communication skills for international calling.
Comfortable with night shifts and 5-day working schedule.
Customer-first approach with problem-solving abilities.
