Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Process where executives will handle calls and emails from customers across different countries, including the U.S. and Australia. The role includes providing product/service support or technical support, assisting customers in resolving their queries efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from international customers.
Provide product or service support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
Ability to interact with customers over Call/Chat and handle service-related queries.
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts (US shifts).
Salary & Incentives:
INR 2,83,772 – 5,00,000 LPA + Incentives + Goodies
Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
