About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals to join our growing Telesales team as VIP Product Counsellors. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a passion for customer interaction and sales to earn attractive incentives while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell premium VIP products.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Handle objections and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with customer interactions.

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales or Collections.

• Proficiency in any one regional language (Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, or Malayalam) + Good English.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections confidently and close deals.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Week Off: 2Rotational Week Off

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 In-hand
