Interactis LLP is actively hiring experienced Client Solutions Advisors to join our dynamic telesales operations team. This role is perfect for individuals with prior experience in US outbound voice processes and a passion for delivering persuasive communication and excellent customer interaction. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential leads and converting them into customers by explaining our client’s products and services effectively.
As a Client Solutions Advisor, your goal will be to build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, offer valuable solutions, and drive conversions. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with opportunities for growth and attractive incentive structures.
Make outbound calls to cold/warm leads and potential prospects
Introduce and explain product and service offerings with confidence and clarity
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Follow up with interested leads to complete the sales process
Maintain a natural and engaging tone throughout conversations
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, conversions, and productivity
Handle objections, queries, and concerns professionally
Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection protocols
Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
Collaborate with team members and uphold a high standard of communication and professionalism
Minimum HSC, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (Master’s, Engineering, and Medical graduates not eligible)
Certifications in call center/customer service are an added advantage
Minimum 6 months of experience in a US outbound voice sales process
Familiarity with dialers and CRM systems is essential
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
Typing speed of 40 to 60 WPM
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Emails
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay calm under pressure
Adaptable to different personality types and customer behaviors
Positive attitude, team-oriented, polite, and professional demeanor
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on communication level and experience)
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
