§ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

§ Experience of working in live chat processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)
§ Experience with Upselling / Proactive Sales on live chat (Mandatory)
Requirement:
• Experience: 6 months to 18 months
• Qualification: Undergrad & Graduate
• Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
• Rounds of Interview: HR Round, Chat assessment (VNA) & Ops round
• Salary Grid: 6-12 Months: 3.6 - 4.2LPA
• 12-18 MONTHS: 4.5 LPA
• 18 Months and above: 4.8 LPA
