Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Care Executive to handle the US medical prescription process. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in healthcare support, a clear understanding of HIPAA compliance, and a strong customer-first mindset. This role involves managing patient interactions via chat, email, and calls, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the care journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle US-based medical prescription processing with complete accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Provide support via email, chat, inbound & outbound calls for patient queries and prescription issues.

• Assist healthcare providers and patients in resolving prescription-related concerns.

• Maintain precise patient records and adhere to HIPAA and other US healthcare regulations.

• Investigate and resolve escalated issues and complex prescription cases efficiently.

• Perform problem-cause analysis and deliver quick, accurate solutions.
