Job description:
1. Lead Management & Calling
Handle all inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website, social media).
Provide detailed information about makeup courses, certifications, batches, fees, and offers.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM / enquiry register.
Perform daily follow-up calls for pending and walk-in enquiries.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
2. Student Counselling & Admissions
Counsel students regarding course selection based on interest and career goals.
Explain course curriculum, duration, faculty, kits, certification, and placement support.
Assist in admission process, form filling, document collection, and fee coordination.
Coordinate with management for discount approvals (if applicable).
3. Centre Coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the makeup academy.
Coordinate class schedules, batch planning, and student attendance.
Act as a single point of contact between students, trainers, and management.
Manage walk-in enquiries and ensure a professional front-desk experience.
Handle student queries, concerns, and basic grievance resolution.
4. Batch & Trainer Coordination
Coordinate with makeup trainers regarding:
Class timings
Practical sessions
Demo schedules
Inform students about batch changes, holidays, or special workshops.
Ensure classrooms, makeup stations, and kits are ready before sessions.
5. Fee Collection & Records
Coordinate fee collection as per academy policy.
Generate and maintain fee receipts and payment records.
Follow up for pending or installment payments.
Maintain proper student admission and payment files.
