The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to individual consumers in international markets, generating interest, and qualifying leads for our products/services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to international consumers (B2C) using a prepared script or conversational flow.

• Generate interest in products/services and qualify potential leads.

• Identify decision-makers and assess customer needs.

• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead details and call notes.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets.

• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage older prospects as needed.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth hand-off.

• Adhere to call compliance, quality standards, and country-specific regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in international B2C calling or telemarketing.

• Excellent spoken English with neutral or international accent.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Comfortable working in night shifts and handling high-volume outbound calls.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.
