We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of International Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer queries through chat/email in a simulated, high-paced environment.
Respond to international customer queries via live chat and email professionally and promptly.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or resolutions.
Follow communication guidelines/scripts while maintaining a natural and courteous tone.
Maintain records of all customer interactions.
Escalate unresolved queries to higher departments.
Stay up to date with product and service knowledge.
Achieve key performance metrics such as resolution time and customer satisfaction.
Deliver proactive and empathetic support to enhance customer experience.
Excellent English (written) with strong grammar and comprehension
Good typing speed and accuracy
Computer proficiency: MS Office, email writing, internet browsing
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
Prior customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work in night/rotational shifts
