Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele caller at VC InMotions Private Limited, Mumbai for US process.
The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to our existing customers, explaining them our new products or services, and convince them for more orders of our different new products. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills with an international English accent specially American.
• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus
