Role & Responsibilities:

• Resolve billing issues using effective query resolution techniques.

• Handle international Blended Process (Voice, Chat, Email) with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear, concise responses.

• Accurately update CRM records and maintain documentation of customer interactions.

• Work collaboratively with team members and departments to resolve complex queries.

Required Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of international blended process experience or 6 Months of International voice (Voice, Chat, and Emails).

• Strong understanding of billing concepts: recurring bills, billing cycles, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, and taxes.

• Proven experience in resolving customer billing issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Clear and logical thought process with strong articulation.

• Ability to manage difficult customer interactions calmly and professionally.

• Must be flexible to work in 24x7 shifts (5 days a week with 2 rotational offs).

• Quick decision-making ability and multitasking skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with spontaneous and logical thinking.
