Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Log customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide relevant and timely solutions to customer issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex concerns when needed.
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience Required: Experienced candidates preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Open to a 5-day working schedule
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
