Job Description: Customer & Technical Support Executive

Location: Jaipur / Gurgaon
Working Days: 5 – 5.5 days (Rotational Shifts)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are hiring Customer & Technical Support Executives to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails.

• Provide accurate solutions for customer & technical issues.

• Troubleshoot basic technical problems.

• Maintain quality, productivity, and proper documentation.

• Work as per rotational shifts and meet required KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).

• Graduate Freshers can apply.

• 6 months – 1 year BPO experience on paper preferred/required for experienced category.

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

• Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Salary

• ₹27,000 – ₹36,000 CTC per month (based on experience & performance).
