Job Title: Call Center Executive (CCE)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
✅ Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Education: 12th Pass
Experience: 2+ years in international outbound BPO is preferred (But not mandatory for freshers with strong communication skills).
Strong spoken English is mandatory.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Comfort with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus.
Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving workflows.
📋 What You’ll Be Doing
Make outbound calls to international clients as part of lead generation or survey campaigns.
Clearly explain survey objectives and guide respondents through each question.
Accurately record responses and maintain high data accuracy.
Handle objections with professionalism and a calm, courteous tone.
Consistently meet performance metrics including call volume and quality standards.
