Role & responsibilities
International Voice (INBOUND)
• Handle incoming customer calls from international region.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and call quality.
• Assist in identifying trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer service.
Experience: minimum 6 months into International voice
Any Graduate/ Undergraduate
Able to work in rotational shifts (US)
Age: not beyond 32
Skills Required: Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. Good logical reasoning & analytical skills.

Compensation: Based on last drawn salary + Eligible for night shift allowance of Rs. 150/- per working day on completion of training (Approx 3000/- Per Month) + Annual loyalty bonus – 12000/- on completion of every year
