Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international customers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers to resolve queries or complaints.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.

• Follow standard operating procedures, scripts, and call guidelines.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, call handling time, and resolution rate.

• Maintain call logs and records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or global accent.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience in an international voice process is a plus but not mandatory.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any field.
