We are hiring a Customer Support Executive – Fluent English (Chat & Calls) for our fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand. Your role will be to assist customers on Instagram, Facebook (Meta Suite), WhatsApp, BOB chats, emails, and phone calls by answering queries about orders, product details, sizing, and delivery updates. You will also follow up on abandoned carts via WhatsApp, calls, or emails and help manage simple order updates and reports.
We need someone with fluent English (spoken & written), good communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
