•Make 80–100 outbound/inbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers
•Explain services, answer queries, and guide customers through processes
•Promote membership offerings and drive lead conversion
•Maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and follow-ups
•Ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, and data security

🎓 Requirements
•Graduate in any stream
•2–3 years of experience in customer service/tele-calling
•BPO experience preferred (banking, finance, credit card, or education industry)
•Excellent English communication & listening skills
•Strong persuasion, negotiation & customer-handling skills
•Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Excel & call-logging systems
•Ability to handle pressure, meet targets & manage high call volumes
•Flexible for shifts & rotational week-offs
