Handle international customer calls professionally during night shift operations.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns with a solution-first approach.
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Escalate complex concerns to senior teams when required.
Meet KPIs such as call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and resolution targets.
Graduation is mandatory (No gap years)
Year of Passing: 2020–2025 only
Excellent verbal communication skills (International standard)
Comfortable working night shifts
Must be open to 6 days working
