Job Opening: Associate – Tier 1 & 2 (UK Voice Process – Outbound)

Location: Vadapalani, opposite Forum (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-Time | UK Voice Process

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and English-proficient candidates to join our UK-based outbound voice process. As a Tier 1 Associate, you will make outbound calls to UK customers, promote products/services, handle objections, and drive lead generation or conversions as per campaign requirements. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and candidates with prior international voice process experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales or survey calls to UK customers.

• Follow scripts and pitch products/services per campaign.

• Understand customer needs and communicate benefits effectively.

• Handle objections politely and drive call outcomes (appointment/sale/lead).

• Update CRM tools with accurate data and feedback.Meet daily/weekly targets for call count, conversion, and quality.

• Maintain a professional tone aligned with UK customer expectations.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality checks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: 0–2 years in international voice process preferred.

• Fluency in English, with strong grammar and understanding of the UK accent.

• Strong persuasion and listening skills.Basic computer knowledge (CRM, call tools, data entry).

• Comfortable working in UK time zones (afternoon shift).
