Job Description – International Customer Service (Airoli)
Role: International Customer Service Executive
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat from international clients.
Assist customers with queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Provide accurate information and resolve complaints within defined SLAs.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or complex issue resolution.
Meet daily/weekly KPIs like call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Graduate / HSC with minimum 1 year of BPO/customer service experience (preferably international process).
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts (depending on process).
Good problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
