As a Customer Experience Agent (CEA), you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, assistance, and resolutions related to products and services.
Your goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving — primarily over voice (phone) support.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Provide information on product features, benefits, pricing, and policies
Process orders, billing, payments, and returns
Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior teams
Ensure all customer interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service excellence
Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
Strong listening and comprehension skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
Adaptability and willingness to work in rotational US shifts
Basic computer proficiency and multitasking ability
Team collaboration and accountability
Additional Perks:
Night Shift Allowance: ₹200/day (applicable if clocked in between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM for a minimum of 2 hours)
