Handle customer queries & concerns with accuracy and empathy.
Support fraud risk management by ensuring safe & secure processes.
Provide effective resolutions through voice support.
Maintain high standards of professionalism & communication.
Deliver strong customer satisfaction & support quality.

Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
Strong communication in English & Hindi (mandatory).
Versant 4 qualification required.
