Job description:
Site Management - Visit every site on regular basis to understand if any problem & resolve it in timely manner.
Attend employee discrepiancies & give timely solutions
Maintain & submit new joinee/left employee/replacement of employee list to payroll assistant
Perpare & maintain daily wage register for payment purpose
Handover Payslips, TIC, temporary ID cards to employees
Competencies :
Should posses an eyesight to understand the employees problem.
Ability to resolve the employees issues related to ESIC, PF etc.Updated knowledge of rules & regulations related to employee welfare like ESIC, PF, Maternity benefits etc.
Good communication skills to coordinate between employees & client supervisors.Ability to control unreasonable absentessim of employees on site.
On-Site Coordination, Employee Management, Client Interaction, Compliance & Records,Problem Handling
Qualification :
Graduate of any stream.
1 to 3 year of experience in the relevant functions.
