Junior Sales Executive - Field Operations
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our field team. This critical role involves direct customer interaction, conducting on-site surveys, effectively demonstrating our product differentiation, and accurately assessing customer requirements. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, a strong customer focus, and impeccable professional presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Field Site Surveys: Conduct mandatory on-site surveys and assessments at potential customer locations to gather data, evaluate needs, and determine project feasibility.
Product Expertise: Clearly and persuasively explain the features, benefits, and key differences of our products/services versus the competition.
Needs Analysis: Engage actively with prospects to understand their specific requirements, pain points, and budget constraints.
Sales & Target Achievement: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, consistently working to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all field activities, survey outcomes, and customer interactions in the company CRM system.

Excellent Personality: Must possess a positive, confident, and engaging personality, capable of building rapport quickly with diverse clients.
Impeccable Grooming: Must adhere to high standards of personal grooming and present a polished, professional appearance at all times.
Shaving Requirement: Clean-shaven or neatly trimmed beard (if applicable) is mandatory to maintain a professional look during customer visits.
Mandatory Requirements
Vehicle: Candidates must possess a personal two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) and a valid driving license. This is compulsory for daily field travel.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, direct marketing, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
Freshers with a strong aptitude for sales, excellent communication skills, and relevant academic background are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Compensation is totally dependent on the candidate's total experience and proven performance.
