About the Role:
We are seeking two energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Coordinators. This role involves directly engaging with residential societies in the assigned area, collecting relevant data, and arranging meetings with society heads to support our upcoming election-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential societies within the designated area to collect accurate and complete data.
Build and maintain a contact database of society committee members and decision-makers.
Arrange and schedule meetings with society heads to discuss election-related programs and activities.
Maintain detailed records of visits, data collected, and meeting outcomes.
Coordinate with the internal team to share updates, insights, and challenges from the field.
Represent the organization professionally and uphold the confidentiality of collected information.
Achieve daily/weekly field targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Prior experience in field work, community outreach, or data collection is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in local language and Hindi/English.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data entry.
Contract Terms:
6-month contract role.
Travel allowance available.
