Job Summary:

The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding payments, ensure timely recovery of dues, and maintain healthy customer relationships. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently in the field, and a high level of integrity and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients/customers at their premises to follow up on pending dues.

• Collect payments via cash, cheque, or digital modes and issue appropriate receipts.

• Educate customers about their payment obligations and resolve queries related to outstanding balances.

• Maintain daily records of visits, collections, and customer feedback using mobile apps or manual logs.

• Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for account reconciliations.

• Escalate cases of potential default or untraceable customers to the management.

• Ensure all collection activities are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the management.

• Deliver legal notices or payment reminders, when necessary.

  Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass; a diploma or degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of field collection or recovery experience preferred (freshers can apply).

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills

    • Basic knowledge of billing and payment procedures

    • Ability to use mobile collection apps or record data manually

    • Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas

  • Other:

    • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

    • Willingness to work in the field under varying weather conditions
